VA is providing landscape architecture services for a residence undergoing a full interior and exterior remodel within a resort community offering beach access, restaurants, and a golf course. Our scope includes redesigning the entrance drive and hardscape, introducing trellises to soften the parking spaces, and reimagining the backyard. The new garden will reduce the extensive coral paving and rigid layout in favor of more informal planted areas, emphasizing native flowering species that attract butterflies. Currently limited to palms, lawn, and a few hedges, the landscape will be transformed into a vibrant, biodiverse garden. Construction is scheduled for fall–winter 2024.
