The project site is a sloping lot where the existing house is being demolished to make way for a new residence. VA was engaged by Toro Arquitectos to provide a full package of landscape architecture services, beginning with a survey of existing trees and site conditions to guide the placement and footprint of the new building. We are now initiating schematic design, having previously developed four site and grading concepts with alternative drive and parking layouts coordinated with the architects’ proposed building parti.
